Additional qualifications and experiences in the field:

In 1992 Dr. Sky was the Cofounder and became the Executive Vice President of the Art and Drama Therapy Institute, Inc., (ADTI) in Washington, DC. She is currently also the Executive Arts Director of ADTI. She earned a Black Belt in Tai Chi, Sifu (Grand Master) Chao Chi Liu. She has had other specialized movement studies in mime, modern dance, Eurythmy, Zen Dance and Bugagu (ancient court dance from Japan). She has had private studies in Japan with Noh Masters from Kongoo, Komparu and Kita Schools of classic Noh since 1988. Kinue Oshima, Master Actor/Teacher from Kita School of Noh, is her current teacher.

She has over thirty five (35) years of experience in the field of the Creative Arts & Creative Arts Therapies as an artist, supervisor, administrator, and art and drama therapist and trainer/teacher. Dr. Sky is a playwright of ten (10) NeoNoh and other plays and has internationally published numerous articles in professional journals regarding the Creative Arts Therapies. She has been the director, dramaturge/playwright, choreographer, composer of chanting/invocations, mask and costume designer and actor, dancer, and performer in Therapeutic Noh Theater® productions since 1972. She has taught internationally in the field of the Creative Arts Therapies in Canada, Finland, Japan, Switzerland, England, Russia, Lithuania, and the USA.

She has been featured in the media in Finland, Japan, England and the US. Dr. Sky is a Mystic Christian who lives by faith, intuition and creativity as the powerful means to the Divine within.
